in the usa: there is no extension number, stay on the call and they will help you out by asking you to tap your phone etc - resources can vary in different areas.
in the uk: if you are uncomfortable/in danger in a bar / restaurant - ask for ‘angela’ staff will call you a taxi or help you out discreetly.
